On July 19, 2019, the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) appointed Andrea W. Ignacio, age 46, to the position of Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer to replace Brent T. Flygar, the current Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer who has announced his departure from the Company effective August 1, 2019. Ms. Ignacio’s prior 5 year employment experience includes approximately 3 years as the Senior Director, HR Administration for Hawaiian Airlines, Inc., and most recently approximately 2 years as Vice President, Financial Risk Assessment Officer and Vice President Finance & Accounting Operations Manager for Bank of Hawaii. Ms. Ignacio’s appointment to the position of Controller and Principal Accounting Officer is to be effective on August 1, 2019. In connection with the foregoing appointment, Ms. Ignacio’s annual salary will be $210,000. Ms. Ignacio will be entitled to participate in those incentive compensation and benefit plans available to the Company’s senior executives.
