Nancy Green, a named executive officer of The Gap, Inc. (the “Company”), will be leaving her role as President and Chief Executive Officer of Old Navy. Ms. Green will exit the Old Navy business this week. Her last day with the Company will be May 1, 2022. Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure. On April 21, 2022, the Company issued a press release that included an updated net sales outlook for the first fiscal quarter ending April 30, 2022. It also included an updated outlook regarding its fiscal 2022 promotional levels.
