Volpe, Jr. informed FMC Corporation (“FMC” or the “Company”) that he will not be standing for re-election to FMC’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) at the 2023 Annual Meeting. Mr. Volpe is retiring upon completion of his current term after more than 15 years of service on the Board. Mr. Volpe advised the Company that his decision did not result from any disagreement with the Company, its management or the Board on any matter, whether related to the Company's operations, policies, practices or otherwise.
