(the “Company”), advised the Company that she will be resigning from her positions for personal reasons to pursue other opportunities. Ms. Gravelle’s resignation, which will be effective as of April 18, 2025, does not involve any disagreement on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices (financial or otherwise).
