The Company anticipates that the transaction will close in the third quarter of 2023; however, closing is subject to the prospective purchaser’s right of inspection and approval. It is anticipated that proceeds expected to be generated by the transaction will be used to reduce the Company’s debt and increase availability under its existing lines of credit.
