Chang Diaz provided notice of his intention to resign from the Board of Directors of Cummins Inc. (the “Company”), including all the committees thereof, effective November 15, 2022. Mr. Chang Diaz’s decision was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
