At its meeting on September 13, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), the Board of Directors of Colgate-Palmolive Company (the “Board”) renewed the Colgate-Palmolive Company Executive Severance Plan (the “Plan”) on substantially the same terms and conditions as previously in effect, as described in the Company’s Proxy Statement for the 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, with the following changes: (1) the Plan will have a term of three years, subject to automatic extension for an additional year on each anniversary of the Effective Date unless the Board otherwise determines; and (2) in order to be eligible to participate in the Plan, executives are required to agree not to compete with the Company for a period of one year following their termination of employment.
