Churchill Downs Incorporated (the “Company”) regrets to report that on March 11, 2025, Ulysses L. Bridgeman, Jr., a member of the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) since 2012, passed away. Mr. Bridgeman also served on the Nominating and Governance Committee. The Company is grateful for Mr. Bridgeman’s leadership, dedication and service and extends its deepest condolences to his family and friends.
