The press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1. On September 2, 2021, the Company’s board of directors declared a total dividend of $0.97 per share of common stock for the quarter ended December 31, 2021, comprised of a regular dividend of $0.47 per share and a supplemental dividend of $0.50 per share.
