At the May 7, 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (Annual Meeting) of Brunswick Corporation, Nancy E. Cooper, David C. Everitt, Reginald Fils-Aime, Lauren P. Flaherty, David M. Foulkes, Joseph W.
