At the time of the Original Form 8-K filing, the Board had not yet determined on which committees Mr. Fils-Aime would serve. Brunswick is filing this Amendment No. 1 to the Original Form 8-K to disclose the subsequent appointment of Mr. Fils-Aime to a Board committee. Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. On December 2, 2020, the Board appointed Mr. Fils-Aime to the Audit and Finance Committee of the Board, effective January 1, 2021.
