On April 4, 2019, Brunswick Corporation announced that Christopher Drees, currently President, Marine Parts and Accessories at Mercury Marine, is being promoted to Vice President and President-Mercury Marine. Drees is succeeding John C. Pfeifer, current Senior Vice President and President-Mercury Marine, who informed the Company on March 31, 2019 that he is leaving the Company effective April 30, 2019. The news release Brunswick issued announcing these organizational changes is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
