Other Events. On February 17, 2021, The Boeing Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that directors Arthur D. Collins Jr. and Susan C. Schwab would not stand for re-election at the 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The release also announced recent actions taken by the Company’s Board of Directors with respect to committee chairmanships.
