Departure of Certain Officers; Appointment of Certain Officers On September 15, 2021, the Company announced through an internal communication that Ms. Lisa Pauley, executive vice president of HR and administration, plans to retire from Ball Corporation at the end of 2021. In the same communication, the Company announced that Ms. Stacey Panayiotou will join Ball as senior vice president and chief human resources officer, effective November 29, 2021.
