On July 8, 2025, AZZ Inc. (the “ Company ”) held its 2025 annual meeting of shareholders (the “ Annual Meeting ”). At the Annual Meeting, the Company’s shareholders approved three proposals. The proposals are described in detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement on Schedule 14A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 27, 2025.
