Keane, Chairman of the Board, passed away on June 10, 2019 in Buffalo, NY, and that Peter J. Gundermann, President and Chief Executive Officer of Astronics Corporation, was appointed Chairman of the Board. The Company issued a press release on June 11, 2019 reporting the death of Mr. Keane and the appointment of Mr. Gundermann as Chairman of the Board, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
