Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders. At the annual meeting of shareholders of Analog Devices, Inc. (the “Company”) held on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, the proposals listed below were submitted to a vote of the Company’s shareholders . The proposals are described in the Company’s definitive proxy statement on Schedule 14A (the “Proxy Statement”), as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 27, 2025. Proposal 1 – The election of eleven nominees to the Company’s Board of Directors each for a term expiring at the next annual meeting of shareholders.
