(the “Registrant”) announced its financial results for its fiscal first quarter ended January 30, 2021. Other Events On February 16, 2021, the Registrant announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.69 per outstanding share of common stock, an increase from the previously paid dividend of $0.62 per outstanding share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on March 9, 2021 to all shareholders of record at the close of business on February 26, 2021.
