Other Events. Results and Upsizing of Cash Tender Offer On November 21, 2023, American International Group, Inc. (“AIG”) issued a press release announcing the results as of the early participation date and upsizing of the previously announced cash tender offer (the “Tender Offer”) to purchase certain of its outstanding debt securities. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated into this Item 8.01 by reference. Pricing for Cash Tender Offer On November 21, 2023, AIG issued a press release announcing the pricing terms of the Tender Offer. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated into this Item 8.01 by reference. The information contained in this Current Report on Form 8-K does not constitute an offer to purchase the debt securities.
