At such meeting   our stockholders voted upon and approved:   (i) the election of   Edward J. Shoen, James E. Acridge, John P. Brogan, James J. Grogan, Richard J. Herrera, Karl A. Schmidt, Roberta R. Shank and   Samuel J.
