On March 16, 2023, it was announced that Laurence De Respino will retire from the office of General Counsel of U-Haul Holding Company (the “Company”) and that Kristine Campbell will succeed him to that office.   Mr. De Respino’s retirement and Ms. Campbell’s appointment will both be effective as of May 12, 2023. Ms. Campbell joined the Company as Assistant General Counsel in 2011 and has served as Director of Litigation since 2020.
