Emerging growth company     ☐ If an emerging growth company, indicate by check mark if the registrant has elected not to use the extended transition period for complying with any new or revised financial accounting standards provided pursuant to Section   13(a) of the Exchange Act.     ☐         Item 2.03.   Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation Under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement of a Registrant.   On May 22, 2020, AMERCO, a Nevada corporation (the “Borrower”), entered into a $200 million secured credit facility with PNC Bank, as Agent and Lead Arranger of a syndicate of lenders.   The credit facility has an interest rate, at the Borrower’s option, of LIBOR plus 2.00% or a Base Rate plus 1.00%.
