On September 12, 2025, the Board of Directors of Alico, Inc. declared a fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025 cash dividend of $0.05 per share on its outstanding common stock to be paid to shareholders of record as of September 26, 2025, with payment expected on October 10, 2025.
