Material AgreementElectro-Sensors, Inc. has entered into a merger agreement with steute Industrial Controls, Inc. and its subsidiary, Steute Burwell, Inc., under which Electro-Sensors shareholders will receive US $7.75 in cash per share. The merger is subject to shareholder approval and other customary closing conditions.
